The Filter Happiers feat. The Gameboy Systems Live at Metro Al Madina

Filter Happier (formerly known as Banana Elephant) is a five-piece dream pop band based in Beirut.

The band is composed of Ada Harb (vocals/keys), Georgy Flouty (guitar/vocals), Camille Cabbabé (guitar), Elie El Khoury (drums) and bassist Elie Abdelnour who unfortunately is still stuck in North Carolina. He will be replaced by Andrew Georges (guitar) also known as Elie Abdelnour’s right arm and Charbel Abou Chakra (bass) who will be his left arm.

The opening act is Gameboy System, 4 nice nerds making guitar-pop anthems that fall somewhere between reverb drenched shoegaze and light hearted immature pop punk. The members are DJ Charbel Abou Chakra (Kozo) on bass, DJ Andrew Georges (Kozo) on guitar and vocals, DJ Karl Hajal on drums (CCE AUB) and DJ Michel Maouad (Wondergaap) on guitar and vocals.
