Makram Aboul Hosn Octet Live at Metro
Makram Aboul Hosn Octet is a Jazz group dedicated to individual, and collective creative expression. Their repertoire consists mostly of compositions by Makram Aboul Hosn. The unusual lineup of three saxophones, two drum sets, two basses, and Vibraphone opens very exciting rhythmic and harmonic doors, providing an original sound while retaining a lot of space and freedom for the musicians to improvise within.
