Biography
Born in Beirut, Matteo is a countertenor, a rare male voice that bridges East and West through music and art. From European opera houses to The Voice France, his voice carries both classical elegance and emotional power.
Signed with Universal Music France at just 18 and trained in Paris, Matteo has become a leading countertenor bringing Baroque music to new audiences across the Middle East and Europe.
Also a painter, his 2024 solo exhibition “My Lebanon” celebrated the beauty and resilience of his homeland — a recurring theme in all his art.
