Spirit Sonic: Egyptian Spiritual Trance with Abanoub & Ziyad Sahhab
Spirit Sonic is a live musical experience rooted in Egyptian spiritual songs and mawalid traditions from Upper Egypt. The music is reshaped live through voice and oud, joined by a contemporary, groove-driven sound and rhythm.
Built on repetition, improvisation, and rhythmic flow, the performance unfolds as a dialogue between the musicians and the audience, gradually drawing listeners into a focused, immersive state. Each night takes its own form, offering a living experience where human love and divine love meet without separation.
